I’m so glad you’re here

it’s so nice to virtually meet you!

Chloe Bendt, MA, AMFT

Reaching out for help can be scary, and my goal is to create a safe, warm, and welcoming space for you to freely speak about the highs and lows of everyday life, the tough stuff, and the goals you want to make in your therapeutic journey. I believe that you can become your best self!

While I have a wide range of clinical interests, I specialize in anxiety, neurodiversity, relationship issues, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, parental mental health, and grief. I work with couples, families, and individuals.

Each person brings their own unique experiences into therapy, and it is my job to incorporate my practices within that context. While I predominately use Solution-Focused Therapy as my main approach, I cater toward each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment theory, The Gottman Method, and others to properly encourage and promote lasting change for each person.

Lora Madjar, thearpist, counselor

Lora Madjar, MA, EMDR, AF-EMDR

I consider all human complexity from a holistic point of view. A holistic perspective embraces the interconnections between the body, the mind, and the spirit. All our behaviors and symptoms have a purpose. My therapeutic style is best described as direct yet compassionate, with a holistic and systems-view perspective.

I am also a Mom who loves working with other mothers and women as they navigate the challenges of parenting, post-partum concerns, divorce, pregnancy loss, and the emotional impact of fertility issues. My personal experiences have informed my additional strength of working with First Generation Immigrants as they/we navigate the process of acculturation.

I continue to be inspired by the healing power of human connection in the therapeutic process. I look forward to hearing from you and starting your journey of self-discovery and healing.

Andrew Lockers, MA, LPC, LADC

I am real, honest, and engaging, and will offer perspectives and considerations to help you gain clarity around your issues. Therapy can be really hard, so we can move at whatever pace you are comfortable with. I know it can be intimidating to call a therapist, so I commend your bravery in reaching out.

I utilize components from Adlerian psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and supportive therapy styles. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar, as well as life challenges such as divorce, homelessness, abuse, grief and loss, and other life situations.

Julie Anderson, therapist, mental health, LMFT, licensed therapist, licensed marriage and family therapist

Julie Anderson, MA, LMFT

Therapy is a relationship. Relationships are built with authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability.

Therapy has a goal. Therapy can be scary and it is my goal as a therapist to walk beside you as you navigate emotional dysregulation, and collaboratively establish new patterns of understanding and awareness.

My approach as a therapist. I believe we are all products of the "systems" and environments where we were raised, work, live, and are familiar with.  I seek to understand what your goals are to move you closer to your idea of a "perfect" life, whatever that looks like for you!

Supervision. I am a MN LMFT board-approved Supervisor and am available for supervision to LMFT, LPC, and LICSW students.

Are you tired of walking around the same path you have walked for years, yearning for change? I am honored to journey alongside clients and offer warm, genuine support and counsel as they learn about their inner world and therapeutic needs. I see each person as completely unique and my therapeutic background in Adlerian therapy blended with my previous experience as an animal behavioral theorist lend to my approach as a strengths-based therapist that engages clients in what we discover together in therapy.

My niches include couples, families, premarital counseling, and young adults. I am certified in Prepare Enrich assessments for couples, parents, blended families, and for pre-adoption.
